Delegate Dillon moves to amend the bill on page 18 following line 27 by inserting the following language:

“(f) A student enrolled in a West Virginia public school shall not be prohibited from participating in the program described in this subsection known as the Grow Your Own West Virginia Pathway to Teaching Pilot Program, nor any other educational program or school-sponsored club or activity, nor discriminated against in any form, based on the student's immunization status. No prospective student in West Virginia public schools shall be denied enrollment based on student's immunization status.”
